Not if they want the money after their recent signing. Then a loan deal won't be sufficient. If Luton don't have funds to offer for a perm transfer, then logic dictates they are priced out and we are favourites.

I didn't even realise they had signed him. Fantastic signing for them. Fairplay. A bit annoyed that we didn't take a punt on him considering he's a free and loads of prem experience.
