Premier League opening weekend registration

Premier League rules dictate that any new signing has to be registered by midday on the last "working" day before a match, in order for that player to be available for selection.
So, for Manchester City and Burnley, who play Friday, the player registration deadline was midday on Thursday.
For all clubs who play Saturday or Sunday, the registration deadline is midday on Friday, as it is for Manchester United and Wolves, who play Monday night.

Souza & Hamer are big statements. One more in that pack is probably needed as we only have Norwood, Slimane, Fleck (broken leg), Coulibaly (waste of time) & Osborn as the cover.
Aye
Especially if you consider the new lads ‘disciplinary’ records + the ‘usual’ lazy stereotypical view that we are uncultured cloggers

Pulled out of Akpom deal apparently
I’m hoping we can get Archer on loan
If we're spending as much as £15 million on Hamer (doubt it will be that much upfront) I wouldn't be surprised if we decided against Akpom so we can use the money elsewhere, improved bid for Smallbone or maybe a cheeky bid for a player we might not have been expecting.

Introducing him to the fans on the pitch just before kick off will give the place a lift. That might just be the little bit extra lift players and fan need to pull off a positive result tomorrow. We then move on to next Friday with Harmer free to play maybe 30 mins and hopefully another new signing by then too.
But I suspect we will now only be looking at loans from here.

I think we should focus on a striker?

Nixon saying the medical is this afternoon - assuming that means he doesn't play Saturday
Sounds like it was always going to be a push to get him done in time to play for Palace game, think Hecky's comment of someone coming in before the Palace game was more suggesting that it will be done by 3pm tomorrow, perhaps even unveiled to the crowd before kickoff on Saturday.

Even if he doesn't play, the lift he'll give the fans - we might yet get something tomorrow

How quickly your mood can change 🥳
If this does come off today, wether he plays or not , the atmosphere tomorrow will be brilliant, go a goal down? Suddenly the fans will be shouting its SUPPORT, not boos and cries of sack the board,
Mind you if we go two down all hell will be let loose 😉
Well I still be depressed and self inflicting chapped thighs no matter what

Are all the Berge and Ndiaye whingers who couldn't get their heads around selling them now as opposed to losing them for free in 12 months now feeling sorry for Cov fans?

Yeah tbh, no matter how you spin it it's still absolute shite to see your best two players leave on the cheap because you can't afford to lose them for nowt and couldn't agree on a contract. Even harder to replace two players like Gyok and Hamer in the Championship no matter the money you get for them.

We're also still yet to replace Ndiaye.
