What a cynical team they are.......that little jerk number 7 ought to have had 5 yellows......they went down like they’d been shot.....offered nothing going forward and only their keeper kept them in it.
One of the worst teams to come to BDTBL this year.....they can count themselves lucky to leave with a point......Relegation beckons for them

Agree with MB they made us have an off day today. Pressed well and made us look like most expected us before the season.

I thought they defended us pretty well. Didn’t seem to let us over load like we normally do. They have some decent players but when you’ve been as shit as they have been their priority is always going to be tough to beat. They were. That said, but for some foster heroics we’d be saying it was a fairly comfortable win. Two cracking saves.

Now sure why a 4 year old thread has been bumped instead of starting a new one but their injuries now rival ours with 13 out! Before hand a draw suited us best but with that record maybe not

Norwich were seen as one of our main rivals and let’s be honest, they’ve pretty much fucked it now.

In that sense it’s good to have them sitting it out while the others try to push on.

They were a major rival and they’ve blown it.

Hope we can win now because 17 points with 20 games left isn’t happening.

Burnley as per usual. Soft goals, outshot today and still squeezed a win. No injuries.

Watford have some tough games and as much as it was as expected today, it is why Hecky wants us to mark hay while the sun shines.

Put QPR to bed and the pack make no progress from some good results. Then when they start playing each other shortly they can’t all be winning.

West Brom still not beaten anyone in the top 10 on their recent run. Boro looking useful. Keep the daylight there though and it is a massive ask. They seem to be playing better than Blackburn though.

I found myself looking through the fixtures of Boro, WBA and Watford as they seem the most likely to challenge us this season. Boro have a tough January coming up and they're very reliant on Akpom to stay fit as he's their main goal threat by a long way.

Watford have a really tough February coming up and their picking up so many injuries, I can't see them challenging us with injuries and that run of games in February unless they sign a few this January like what Bournemouth did last season.

Albion have a tough January and February coming up and they appear to have financial problems, all doesn't seem well there to be honest.

So I'm not too concerned on the above teams just yet, especially with our current form. What worries me most is our fixtures from mid February to the 1st of April which are:

Swansea home, Boro home, Millwall away, Watford home, Blackburn away, Luton home, Sunderland away, WBA home and Norwich away. There's no easy games there and if we hot a few injuries again or form drops for whatever reason there's no games you think we should definitely win. Still reckon we'll be fine saying that but really want another striker to be signed as cover!

Agree we do need another striker - if we don't get one over the line then we are leaving ourselves a little exposed .

We are better than all those teams you mention but a clinical striker will push us over the line

Just can't see them faulting at the minute unless injuries come their way but I still think we'll finish above them whatever which at present would probably mean we'll be champions!
They are up i think - another 3 wins on the bounce for us will put us with them - the rest won't make the difference up if we do
