Not sure what the deal is with him but last few he's barely able to make successful passes.

It's a shame because I do like the lad. I like his attitude. He can whip in a fine in-swinging delivery when he finds a pocket. He's got good pace and balance and I like that he's forward thinking when he has the ball.

But his ability doesn't always match his ambition. His first touch is often poor and he isn't good in tight areas. His passing is often (very) wayward.

I still like having him as a chaos option in the pack. It can bear fruits as a last resort.
But, injuries aside, I don't see how he gets in to a starting XI here.
McAtee is also starting to look good in that role.
 
He was on given the ball on the right hand side in loads of space against 9 men. Am I the only person who watched this match?

What role was different for him other than him being given the ball and countless opportunities to take a man on and deliver a cross?

He was toss mate as he has been most times I've seen him play
After a good game against bash last season some had decided he was Diego maradona but the Blackburn and Brighton fans didn't seem too Impressed

Regardless of where we've played him, he's still found himself in acres of space and in those wide attacking positions that are where he is supposed to thrive. And he hasn't.
He hasn't justified a run of games in this team.

He was very poor though wasn’t even one of our 3 worst performers.

Said the same. I actually wished he'd just punched someone and got sent off. He was their best substitution. Got nothing between the ears.

Quite right mate. He was signed as a right winger to get crosses in; I can't believe some folk have the cheek to be judging him when he's stood on the right wing not getting crosses in.
 
He seemed to have good energy when season started, but he didn't brake into starting XI. He has got some pitch time, but been downer.

I hope he would get things together and become good asser for us as there is still games left.
 
I think his confidence is gone. He looked so out of sorts I didn't think our players should give him the ball if there were other options.

He came on for Baldock as RWB but to take advantage of the extra space so played as an extra attacking right wing back

Has the manager of the team that has been top of the league been playing the wrong players? Or should EPL loans break up a winning team?

It’s against a team camped in their defensive third, he had an entire flank to himself to run and them and do something. What defending did he have to do apart from when he lost the ball and nearly cost us the game right at the death
