Isnt there a lot of Prince Charles dance videos on Youtube.

This is him celebrating the late winner today at Swansea by the Blades then on 8 seconds its "someone get me out of here"

note 1:20 where he does the Full Monty dance. (no the one in the DSS queue!)

ILove the championship

tonight 2 teams slugging it out and in boxing terms. heading fir. a draw on points. then killer punch right at the death

so often we copped for it in the prem
Nice to be. on the. Good side of a late sucker punch

both sides showed lovely touches and some nice football ... a joy to behold

Give them credit where due, I thought they were quite reasonable…. And we can completely relate to their frustrations.

They didn’t ‘boss’ as such, but I agree that they created chances to take the points. The late goal is a suckerpunch and goals like that hurt, but they had enough about them to say fair play.

Frustrating as hell to be in that position

I like Naughton nice footballing footballer, but the incident that led to Blades goal is why he plays for Swansea City and K. Walker plays for Man City wi' a cupboard of medals.
100% correct. Walker would have put Brewster into the dugout and acted all innocent. Naughton did what a tired, poor Championship defender would do....thanks Agent Naughton.

Thanks Roy.

Can't really complain at most of that, but hoped for a bit more Saxon's all the same. Thought we made them look better than they are because we hardly got out of second gear, & I think we will show than in the return fixture, unless we only have enough fit players for a game of five a side.

Without knowing the statistics it seemed reasonably even, though I thought Blades shaded it till the goal when undoubtedly we won.
What a boost for Khadra and Brewster after sitting on the subs bench most of the season, shows a real squad inclusivity. Rock on lads.
Thank you Roy. :)

Oh aye. It's happened before and it will certainly happen again to us.

Gotta love this game

My god that PA system is loud spoilt the video, can't agree they were the better side we missed chances too and the stats are fairly even, a bit of quality was the difference. Shit for them but I wouldn't be too down if I was a Jack, fine margins etc but they looked a decent side, they won't be near the bottom for long. Not so long ago we were conceding in the last minutes of games it is shit but can be remedied.

Nice one Roy, and I particularly liked this fella:

“Do not anyone come on here tonight and claim we “didn’t deserve to lose that game”.
Time and time again, we shoot ourselves in the foot.
This is big boy stuff. This isn’t Swansea league. Teams will hurt you if you take the *. Our naivety is breathtaking at times.
It’s the 94th minute. You’ve worked your b0llocks off for a point.
Why are we so far up the pitch? Why doesn’t he just bloody foul Brewster on the half way line, take a card, see the game out?
The lack of professionalism is staggering. Some of these players need to grow up, fast.
Pathetic. I don’t care how well we played. It’s the same mistakes, time and time and time again. Not good enough.”

Correct.

Cheers Roy. I do like how fans of the opposing clubs watch one game and form an opinion of us. We're not top because we're average, we're top because we're good and even when we're under par,we still scrape a win which we absolutely wouldn't have done this time last season.
Exciting times, and I know I shouldn't let myself get too carried away, but I can't help but think it's our year.

Still think hecky is playing for the point away from home, Fulham just played the same home and away and ended up gaining the away points

From their match thread…

”watched it from a different angle, never ever a foul on Naughton. I like Kyle, think he's our most complete defender, however that was poor for someone of his experience and he'll know that himself.”

In real time I expected the ref to blow.

Having seen replays definitely not a foul. Not remotely contentious.

That said, if the boot had been on the other foot, you know plenty on here would been spitting feathers.

There’s something about snatching a win like that that is so much more satisfying than if we’d won two or three nil. That moment where you go from ah well a point away is decent to running around like a mad idiot makes such a difference to how you view a game. And vice versa of course as we experienced so many times last season
