Given the videos and the friendly performance, he seems to be a replacement for Sander. That is the Sander we bought as a DM rather then the AM he has now become.
With the potential signings of Clark and Khadra, that might be one of the contingencies that Hecky has in mind.

Not sure if this has already been shared, but it's a great scout report on Anel, including a video which shows his great line breaking passing range.

Of concern might be his inability to defend set pieces and getting caught by balls in behind (particularly knowing this is also Egan's weakness), but everything else sounds excellent.

Sounds very promising and potentially like we have got a steal. Looks like he is here to replace Basham in the first XI.

He hit a suspension trigger after getting booked in his next to last game for Bordeaux, their suspension rules are different so he didn’t have to serve it in his last game there.

According to Hecky rules say it should have been included in the transfer detail from Malmo which it wasn’t catching him
unaware. We tried to get it pushed back from the Watford game to tomorrow as we’d prepared for him to play all week but the FA said no.

It was a one game ban until the 8th. So after the 7th the ban would no longer exist even if a game hasn't occurred for him to miss.

It's come from a Swedish report that states he's banned until the 8th of August and will miss Millwall.

But, I think a bit of sleuthing has proven that it's a one match ban, for 3 yellows in 10 games, that had to be served before the 8th of August as apposed to a next game suspension.

That's what Uniteds argument was which failed. They said so long as served by 8th and he missed tomorrow's game he would still serve the ban but FA insisted he served it immediately at per their rules.
