He says the snortbeasts are better equiped than Charlton or the Blades for the run-in and that without Ched we would be nothing.........:rolleyes:
 



I would point out we have scored another 48 goals throughout our team apart from ched and he benifits from excellent service from willo and macdonald
 
Simply argued = Our goals scored without Evans - 53 Gd - 11
Piggies goals scored without Madine -52 Gd - 7

Keep dreaming.I suppose they have to try and clutch at as many straws and play mind games to try and give them a chance
 
It's not helped by BBC calling him 'Goal Machine' because he got 2 against an atrocious Preston.

Yeah, we geddit. Gary Madine - Goal Machine. It rhymes and that's good enough for those simpletons at S6. He got a few earlier this season, went awfully quiet (which Ched never has) and is now getting goals against giants such as Preston and Orient. So he's a 'goal machine', see?

Bit like Carroll finally beginning to pay off his ludicrous fee by getting a couple. The thick Liverpool fans will claim he was worth it all along...

On a slightly different note. We get a new looking forum with bigger avatars and you go and change yours. I dont think youve entered in to the spirit of the new look very well.

Yet he was on RS this morning saying that he's been to BDTBL to watch and learn from Ched!

If I recall, it was Paul Walker doing the commentary on the FLS, so he may have been extemporising and using his local knowledge.

Anyway, back to Madine, apparently, he came to the Chezzie game and didn't rate us, and without Ched's hat-trick, we'd have been in trouble and aren't up to much...... a bit like the Massives then. who contrived to lose at the B2Net recently, without scoring, I assume Big Gaz wasn't playing?
 



He is trying to copy Evans so doesn't have much faith in his own ability to score goals.

If he could avoid being such a c**t he might score more goals.

Funny, next he'll be telling us he's better equipped to score goals than Ched. Read the league table Gary.

Totally understandable that he will big up his own team but your comments tend to lose credibility when you start making up rubbish.

Having seen our neighbours labour their way to a 2-0 home win against a diabolical Preston team (who were playing with no forwards I might add), I thought he might be talking more about their MASSIVE win and less about us.

Wednesdays average position in the league ladder of 92 in this century , ie since 2000 has been 41st

hardly massive is it

we are 27th

todays star is full of it , we are 2nd and they get this div giving his opinion that we are sub standard , nothing without ched
yet in the match report he gets the lowest mark
and hartlepool getting 0 , was nothing to do with ched

surely an interview with Madine should have been conducted when he was sober

Paul Walker and Seth Bennett have been doing the "goals round up" voiceovers all season.
It's not taken off Radio Sheffield.

What annoyed/amused me is when Manish said "you have to put Madine in the same bracket as Rhodes and Evans after today". Well no you don't actually, they've scored over 30 goals each and he's only got 17! Put him the same bracket as Kuqi and Miller if you like.
 
To be fair to Andy Giddins on P&G the other day, a piggy text in saying the same and he shot him down he didn't like that at all he said if ched didn't get them someone else would have.
 
Blades 75 goals from 18 players 3 penalties
MK Dons 73 goals from 18 players 6 penalties
Charlton 72 goals from 13 players 5 penalties

From that it looks like Charlton are the ones relying on fewer players and doing well at it.

Yes I commented on that when watching it with Kenilworth Jnr. - utter crap when he has half the goals Ched and Rhodes have.
My comment was about Beavon being much better (18 league goals) seeing as he has done it in a struggling team and often playing on his own up front.
 



another angle , we hadnt lost a game this season till we had ched on the bench v huddersfield
and weve only lost 2 recently as our defence was disrupted not because Ched was missing
Ched just does what hes supposed to finish off moves
But its only a part of the bigger picture
