I just think Khadra will be on the bench with not having a pre season with us. I agree though our CM positions are a worry.

Swap Ozzy for Fleck, then put Ndiaye in a front 2 with Berge behind them is what I'd go with. But then I'm not the manager and I don't see them in training every day.

I get the fleck hasn't shown much, but osborn should be nowhere near our centre midfield.

Keeps a similar set up to the more impressive performances at the end of last season, basically replacing an pacy, effervescent attacking talent (MGW) with another (Khadra).

And a stand out at the end of last season just as JLT was. RND also did well at Forest. These have to be factors in selection for this game. Osborn good pre season too apparently, so thats my reasoning for picking those 3

It has been a very good pre-season so far in the transfer window IMO if we keep Berge I would rate the summer 9/10

Big game to start with against Elton Johns Boys and promotion rivals

I would be starting Jebbo 10000% for the first 3 or 4 games he is the only real fully fit striker we have and has had a storming pre season , if he isn't gonna get a run in the team now then when will he ? No doubt Sharp will be clogging that position up like Slav did last year with Brewster when he is back fit. There is zero point having these players if we don't play them, and ten fifteen minute cameos is not a run in the team and not enough to formulate an opinion on a player

The sqaud we have right now with the added depth is a top 2 team IMO and if we arent up here in the first ten games I will be calling for the managers P45 especially if managers like Coboran and Dychey are still out of work

He usually takes a while to get going but towards the end of last season he was in fine form. An in form John Fleck still walks into our XI and contributes enormously.

The management need to motivate him because he could be critical to our chances. The alternatives (Osborn mainly) don't come near to Fleck at his best.
