Just for a bit of fun, below is a list my own ranking of a mixture of recent Blades strikers best - worst. Agree/Disagree?
1) Richard Cresswell - Not exactly prolific but an absolute grafter and was good foil for Ched in that first league one season.
2) Marc McNulty - Bit of an enigma as never looked to hold down a place, but felt he would produce if given the service. A poor man's Billy Sharp you could say.
3) Clayton Donaldson - Injury hit and in his twighlight years, but fantastic pace still and scored some vital goals in first championship season back.
4) Chris Porter - Again not one to get you out of your seat but don't think his goal output was actually that bad and could stick a penalty away
5) Dave Kitson - Best days were clearly behind him but seem to remember him being a threat and notching double figures.
6) Shaun Miller - Seemed plagued by injuries but always felt we looked more dangerous with him playing.
7) Connor Sammon - Appaling, but actually think he contributed more than those below.
8) Marlon King - What a waste of a signing and was never wanted, 1 goal maybe?
9) Michael Higdon - The hippo, terrible professional, knocked in a couple of goals early doors.
10) Billy Paynter - Lol.
