Hello,

We are two Shieffieldfans from Belgium (Genk) and we want to make the trip to Colchester, for the away game. Cause we're from Belgium, we don't have the chance to buy tickets for this game. Anyone who can help us with arranging tickets?

Thank you!

You should just be able to phone sufc up and arrange to pick the tickets up from colchesters ground on the day of the match.

do a little research on their favourite club

He never said it was his favourite Club, he just wanted some help, posted in what is probably not his native language.

I thought so.

How annoying when fans don't even bother to do a little research on their favourite club

know what else is annoying swiss, when people genuinely
ask for help to come see a club, even if its not their favourites and are treat like morons, nice for a ex pat to help out other outlanders with the depth of their knowledge on how to get tickets.
you should feel so proud swiss as a "typical" blades fan, friendly, helpful etc.
to the genk lads, hope all goes well for you and you enjoy a great game and of course a fun time.

Said he was a Blades fan.

Nice little bit of petty name calling there.

Ooh get you :)

Oh dear, this site does make me laugh at times when people take the moral high ground.

hardly moral high ground swiss, just pointing out your attitude was a little harsh old boy, a little help and info asked for and sarcasm in reply, as stated English might not be first language so you living in a french speaking country should have some sympathy, but your choice is to try and score points from them, for shame.

Swiss,

If I were you, I'd stop now, you're making yourself look silly, your first reply is just embarrassing.

It isn't a question of moral high gorund, the guys asked for some help, they've done nothing to deserve your sniping because they didn't get the club name quite right.

Look, my mate is a big Bladesfan and he has his background here and has his family here. He convinced me of his passion for United over the years. And yes, 'originally' i'm a fan of KRC Genk (played against Chelsea in the CL), but my mate is passioned and I have a profound sympathy for this club and especially her fans. 'Sorry' for the quick writing of 'Sheffield' instead of 'United' or 'Blades' etc., see it as a foreigner fault. But the fact that we want to spend more than 100 euros for this game (ticket, hotel, train,...) also says something.

EDIT: oh, just noticed that I wrote 'Shieffield' haha. I think my finger slipped on my clavier :D

Cheers export, enjoy the game

Apologies for any offence caused to yourself with my comments.

Looks like I've upset a few on here for correcting you, ah well :)

We were actually meant to play Genk in a pre-season game a few seasons ago weren't we? Got cancelled from what I can remember and we played elsewhere.

Yes we were. I'd booked to go over and watch it but we ended up playing Belgian second division side Tienen. It turned out to be a great trip!
