There's a generic issue with loads of sites atm due to new verification protocol for online payments, introduced at the start of March, my company and all our competitors have had issues over the last 48hrs which are slowly getting resolved, given there are a finite number of payment platforms and card issuers, it's a slow process.

All Ladbrokes/Coral sites are down too as a consequence.

This is causing major issues when adding new cards or logging in even on the less sophisticated sites.

Just tried buying a Coventry ticket. I got the transaction completed message but no confirmation email from SUFC after 30 minutes. Now I'm wondering if it actually went through. Will have to check online bank for any payments pending.

That can happen if you don't take your time, mistakes are easily made when you're Russian to do things......

The site only holds your tickets for 45 minutes though, so there’s no time for Stalin.

I think I had that when I had credit from the 19/20 season ticket to use and it couldn't handle it properly as it wouldn't pay for a ticket in full. I'd call them up and tell them what is going on and they should be able to work it out

I had this problem, emailed [email protected] with the customer numbers, and they properly linked the accounts again.

Yeah, it's been going on since at least last night and it's still problematic for me. Internal server errors, can't buy my tickets for QPR and Brum.

Doesn’t solve the on line issues but if it’s any help then the ticket office won’t currently be busy snd I’d imagine you’d get through by phone in a few mins
