I've absolutely no idea on the guy but what I've read doesn't look great. As the reporter who broke the story said, it's highly unlikely to go through. Another journo from Newcastle says the EFL won't take long to reject him too.

Quick google search you can do, both his current company and his 2014 suspended company have same address. Look it up on Google Maps and its on a typical American suburb. Doesnt take much to find the rest out for yourself.

To be honest this is the EFL we’re talking about here. They seem to just skim read when seeing if an owner is fit and proper and surely he wouldn’t be launching a bid if he thought he’d fail. Maybe I’m just trying to hold onto some false hope that we’re actually going to get taken over by someone some money
