Thats truly good news - but shows the mess we made of circa £55m on strikers in last three years.Looking good for Cardiff game
Hecky said something like he’ll need a good week to be back for CardiffLooking good for Cardiff game

I don't think it matters. We will be lucky to get more than 1 point from the last 3 games.
Fixed it for youBilly will be back to fire us into the Prem
Good. We're not just lacking his goals, we're missing his attitude and influence on the rest of the team - this group need a leader on the pitch

I’m on itCan’t we just spend whatever future transfer budget we have on cloning Sharp? Surely that’s an easier solution.

Some on here did that before the first game.Fuck it, let’s just chuck our cards in, eh?…
True this problem has been with us for three years having to rely on our ONLY goal scorer in the squad. Yes on paper we do have other strikers but on the pitch we only have one and if he is injured we have f----d it. but at 36 we will have to sort it sooner than later now.Thats truly good news - but shows the mess we made of circa £55m on strikers in last three years.
You are right mate there has to be some reason to why we are getting so many injuries which are long term. Yes all teams have injuries but ours seem to be all long term which seems strange.Hope so, i dont what we done to deserve this bad luck but ive only known 2 sides have every side have every senior striker injured. that was tottenham 2014 & man utd 2016, but then they had Harry Kane & Marcus Rashford to play
We'll seeFuck it, let’s just chuck our cards in, eh?…
Forest looked poor against us twice and have lost their key striker for the remaining matches.I think we'll get 4 points from the last 3 and it won't be enough.
Can see Millwall winning their next 2.
I honestly don't think it matters though.
The winner will come from Huddersfield, or Forest. Two decent sides playing good attacking football. Confident and in form and can take opportunities when they come.
I don't think this is the only reason for our 3 year long striker crisis.True this problem has been with us for three years having to rely on our ONLY goal scorer in the squad. Yes I agree with that mate .I am hoping Rhian comes back and continues to improve to ,he did seem he was finally getting to grips with things just before he got injured ,just our luck . But no matter what league we end up in we can not keep relying on Billy .I don't think this is the only reason for our 3 year long striker crisis.
How we play is perfect for Billy Sharp. In hindsight, had we used him more in the Premier league we may have done even better than we did. Wilder still is the biggest influence on this team and how it plays and none of the other strikers, despite them having success elsewhere really got to grips with being the 6 yard box, high pressing poachers that our system needs. Rhian was starting to get it and then he broke himself. I'm clinging to the hope Rhian comes good next season because we are going to need more than just Sharp.
