Great result but what is most impressive is the fact that all the players are seem totally comfortable on the ball.

Be it a creative midfielder, a wing back or a centre back they all seem to take care of it and have every confidence in each other.

To be fair their player falls to the ground as we take the throw so hasn’t got a leg to stand on, literally, in terms of any complaint. Had he gone down a couple of seconds earlier I’m sure the throw would have been delayed. We’d have still hammered them, regardless.

There was a quite funny moment in the second half where he absolutely skinned their right back, left him for dead then crossed first time straight into the kop! Had a little chuckle, then thought to myself what pelters a senior first team player would immediately get for that one!

I can see why Ball_Sup (Phil) enjoys watching these guys. There is a fun element to what they are trying to do but there pressure feels so different to watching the first team because even when they make mistakes you can appreciate they are lads learning their trade.

First time I'd seen Luthor Williams in the flesh so to speak. He's a big lad. Might also be one to keen an eye on. If he keeps developing physically he'll have no issue with men's football in the not too distant future.

Just watched the highlights and thought the same. How come the ref didn’t stop the game when the lad rolled the ball out and sat down? Is there a protocol refs should follow?
