My understanding is several potential buyers have expressed an interest over the years - but they have been put off because McCabe wants someone to inject money & work alongside him, rather than buy him out. I'm sure McCabe could sell if he wanted to - particularly if he did the honourable thing and wrote off some of the debts his decisions have created.
