Oh blummin marvellous…another whistle protest! Let’s hope the result is the same as the last one…what is it about these Midlands clubs and the need to blow whistles when we‘re in town?

We don’t have a good history against the blues I don’t think we’ve beaten them since 2009!!

As long as they don’t Chuck tennis balls on and disrupt the game they can have they childish whistle protest.

Can’t see how protesting outside pre-game will have any impact. Hope they don’t disrupt the game though, but that’s just me being selfish so I get himee at a reasonable hour. Gotta be up at 6 Satdi

Whistles! I remember the last time a midlands club did that they used it against us when we were attacking that’s Coventry fans who did it to us and it was Blatantly intended to disrupt our game ….

Thanks Roy

Thanks Roy! Should be an interesting atmosphere to say the least.
Hope we don't make hard work of this one,but they're there for a beating.

Cheers Roy.

After reading all that, I'm off out to buy a mask and whistle, can join in whilst I'm sat on the sofa then!!👍

Why always pick our games to disrupt ffs.

I will take the same result as Cov away tbh.

The whistling protest at Cov turned pretty toxic as us Blades were rightly pissed off when the whistles got louder every time the Blades attacked.....can only see this one going the same way.

Can't wait..🙄

The ref needs to have use something different to a whistle so the players don't get confused. Maybe a clowns horn or a kazoo would be do the trick.

It‘s Keith Stroud. So they could just give him a clown car to drive around the pitch, with a ‘parp parp’ and the doors falling off any time he has to make a decision.

Tbh, neither the teams, the crowd, nor the ref’s assessor, would be likely to notice the difference 🤷‍♂️

Bloody hell Roygbiv, i thought we'd got a deal and it was coming out at 9pm 😪.
Well done tho sir, they've got some weird one's tho 🤣🤣

The football authorities should really take a strong stand on this type of behaviour. If the ref finds it's too difficult to control the game due to influences from the home crowd, then the game should be abandoned and the points awarded to the opposition. That would set a presendence and would prevent this type of action ever occurring again.

Yeah, then if you had a tough away fixture, half a dozen of you could infiltrate the away end with an ‘acme thunderer’ a piece and just like that 3 points in the bag 😉
