Do you like Porter then Bergen ? If so its just me and you I think although Simmo is keeping the whipping boy jersey atm. I think Porters positional sense and movement is very good and opens things up for the midfield and his strike partner. He does lack strength and pace but the injury prone tag is not proving to be a problem yet.

I like Porter too. I think he's a long way from recovering fully after such a long time out, and it will be a while before we see the best from him. But he looks like the most natural finisher we've got.

But hardly that important in the grand scheme of things. Haven't you got bigger fish to fry, such as libelling people, swiftly followed by completely disowning the thrust of much of what you have posted over the last few years? The level of your hypocrisy in that little episode was unbelievable, but at least it gave the rest of us a good laugh.

Feel I haven't seen enough of him personally, but I did think it was time to give Cresswell a a rest. Main positive about the line up for me was the inclusion of two quick attacking players. If we can try to do that regularly I think the rest of the team will improve as well. It's obviously not just about pace, but pace is the main thing we have lacked. Great to see immediate effects when we have addressed that.

Think it would have been a bit much having two debutants in the starting 11 for a derby. They might have worked wonders, but could have flopped massively and then confidence is gone.
