Agree that Stevens needs to be replaced but am going to still back the need for John Fleck. He plays so many simple balls that get us out of immediate trouble, never panics under pressure. Yes he got caught a few times today but he is a must for me in the squad that we have. The team lacks all confidence which is why he has become so ineffective, players don't want the ball enough which means he gets caught in possession and everyone slates him. Still the best reader of a game in our side by a country mile.

Stevens 4/10 he's been rubbish for a long time now, he looks knackered all the time and his crossing has become abysmal, surely RND is worth a run?

There’s no doubt that both players are playing below the standard that we know they are capable of but some of our supporters just slag them continuously week in week out regardless. Fleck was better today than he’s been for a few games. Not fantastic but certainly an improvement but it doesn’t fit with the agenda of some. Like Stevens he’s shit, they want him out etc…. Other than Bash, tell me the players who were better than him today? All were pretty even today with regards standards

Fleck is probably up there as my favourite recent player, Nothing will get close to deane, agana, Tracey, hodges etc. Its a shame what's happening as all I can see is a player trying his best but isn't quite good enough for championship football. He struggling and it's not nice to see

Fleck’s first half performance was good. His turn and shot and some of his passing were really good. In the second half he disappeared.
