Knowing a load of your mates, are out drinking in the pubs of a faraway town, having a good time and looking forwards to the match, whilst your sitting at home listening to BBC Radio Sheffield, drinking tea and wishing you was there!

Agreed and knowing it's a local game for you but you had already arranged a week away so you miss the cup tie too!

The worst feeling in football will be next week when 'makeadildo' is booing away at Yeovil and I'm stuck at home.

part timer!?

Worst feeling at football is seeing united react like old women to a short corner and Tranmere equalise. Feels like a defeat.

Yep, Piss Poor Defending.

A corner on our right, who should be watching for this ?

I suspect the Right Back (Lowton) is detailed to be on the Post, so it has to be Doyle, and one of Monty or Williamson.

Be nice to see on the box where those 3 were, whatever, the lot of em seemed asleep

Isn't Bergs doing goalwatch this year or has the abuse he gets whenever a certain player is implicated put him off?

As I said to Highbury elswhere, maybe I'll do some every now and then, they take quite a bit of time to do.. I run the Scandinavian Blades' website, so there may be something to be found on there as well, a bit on Walsall's first goal here: http://scandinavianblades.webs.com/apps/blog/show/8148950-some-concerns-after-walsall . Hadn't really noticed I was getting abuse! :-)

To be fair, I know it was naive, but were you or anyone else in the ground expecting a short corner? They'd got all those giants in the box, so why would you? We know now :)

I was busting for a piss, but I thought "I will wait until after this corner" , maybe the Midfield did go for a piss, may as well have

And, I wasn`t expecting the Spanish Inquisition either ......

not as bad a feeling as driving to bournemouth , having a couple of beers then realising youve left the match tickets in an envelope at home on the walk to the ground

I think it is Porter who closes down the man on the ball following the short corner. Like against Walsall I think our 2nd defender (Monty in this instance) should have been closer to Porter to cover behind him. It may not have helped, but it would have given our 2nd defender a better chance of blocking the cross. The cross is pinpoint, and the pace of the ball AND Labadie's run makes it hard to prevent the goal for our men in the box.

The second photo shows Tranmere having the 2nd defender in the right position. Slew beats the 1st defender, but is then forced to pass it sideways. Ironically we still score! :D

No one expects the Spanish Inquisition, our chief weapons are Fear, Surprise, A ruthless Sufficency and an almost Fanatical Devotion to The Pope......

Just think about how old your getting to be doing that!:D

Next time come round to my house and listen. We'll have the tea in the garden if the weather's nice.
