At the Q & A with the Prince on Sheff Utd Way, I thought he mentioned something about investment/sponsor from another party and would be announced in a few weeks

Did I hear that right or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

He said something along those lines.

Yeah he's going 50/50 with Mike Ashley, appointing Steve Bruce as Head Chef and renaming stadium Sports Direct Area.
Very troubling!

Yes prospective investor decided to rent another market stall instead 😪

Exactly
One of my family members is a Newcastle fan

I said I've prayed to God for as good an owner as him

I know the interview concluded Prince was all round a jolly good egg, but we really need to get this investment in. We need major surgery this January and in the summer. If it’s more temporary sticking plasters following the departure of Ndiaye and any other marketable asset, I fear we’ll be wallowing on lower mid table mediocrity until the next Wilder comes along in the 2030s.

No one is going to buy Ndiaye as only Blades fans currently rate him. Other than the Peterborough match what has he done? 0 goals. 0 assist. He's a work in progress but we're not going to have teams lining up to sign him in January as there's no end product to his game. We won't sell any of our players in January as no one will want them as they're all bang average at best.

We're stuck with these players until their contracts run out, or if we can negotiate a termination amicably of their contract.

Teams will have spotted Ndiaye's potential already, and I would be absolutely stunned if they are not keeping watch on him now.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if there wasn't test the water bids in January especially if they know we are struggling for funds. DCL hardly showed anything it didn't stop Everton spotting something in him.

Where’s this investment the owner was banging on about months ago?

I’d take being some sort of feeder club to Newcastle at moment. Imagine a situation where we could be a foil for them when signing young talented players with their money and they then loan them to us……oh wait…….

I think it's time for The Sheff Utd Way to have another Q & A with PA, to get to the bottom of this sharpish like.

We need answers and we need them now! 😫😋
