Bloody hell. Marillion. A band I detest, and I've seen them live at the city Hall too. They were not the worst band I've seen down there to be fair, but at the time it was their first tour without fish.

Horrible prog rock nonsense.

It was the 90s what done em

Just a great, great song.

It was a great ride. From James Wilson's goal, to the scunthorpe / Bolton matches at the lane....the roar from the kop...Gary madine bottling it before the match and going home....promotion at Northampton

Bouncing day massacre and leeeoon.

Aston villa...Boxing day v derby County,....miss a few classics....

Basham arriving!

Duffy scoring v Notts forest on good Friday, and leeeon seeting up the winner for Wigan against leedscum at Elland Road, by the time I'd pitched my tent.

The players need to step up now. They need to show that they're good players, and it wasn't just all "pashun" "momentum" and "punching above their weight"

That explains it all 😂😂
No. It was the cricket ground ghosts.

When I was a 7 year old boy, the remains of the cricket pavilion were still standing at the edge of the brutalist new South stand carpark.

Men with more imagination than we got would have preserved the pavilion, listed it and the John Street stand, and worried about building cladded student flats, and office blocks later.

They demolished the remnants of the pavilion, (you could buy a brick in the club shop)..as they said the ghosts of the cricket club after the building of the new south stand were cursing the club, now in division 4.

We've never been back.

The 2cb is just an incidental coincidence, involving someone who isn't me.
