I agree but that has to be done with a nod and a wink through intermediaries. Club representatives can’t sit down in a room with a player and talk until a fee is agreed. And it sounds like that’s been the undoing of this deal once in a room together ramsdale hasn’t liked the vision put in front of him by arsenals representatives

Why they haven’t offered the £6m that Ajax have accepted from Lyon for Onana is baffling. Yes he’s got a doping ban but the length has been reduced and he is free to play in a few months. Was regarded as one of the best young goal keepers in the world 6 months ago.
