As we've got a short wait until the fixture list comes out this might be a little late, but what the hey. Who do you reckon we will get for the first match, last match, and Boxing Day? Will we be at home or away?

The usual form is Wendy get a trip to the seaside on a Bank Holiday weekend so they can sunbathe and we get a seaside trip on a Tuesday night, usually in the depths of winter.

I reckon our last away match will be somewhere very south and very west. Boxing Day away, and our first match will be somewhere like Hartlepool away, just because whoever does the fixture list is a warped individual.

There are no prizes for guessing the fixtures correctly.

Hatlepool away last game of season....this will be our last game because we'll be going up as champions. No play offs

I would think there is more chance of plaiting fog than there is of us being allowed to play them from S6 on Boxing Day, or any other holiday time, SYP will see to that.

We will get shafted as usual then the club will come out after the fact with a sheepish little moan and blame it all on a harsh economic climate that only seems to affect our club.

As a "big name" dropping down a division, I reckon that we'll be drawn away to one of the clubs that got promoted last year. As most have suggested, we always seem to be away for both the 1st and last games of the season, so I'll plum for Chesterfield at home on Boxing Day and Notts County away for the final game

Think we will be away on Sept 10th as that is St Leger day and I believe we are paired with Doncaster, so a lot of the other decisions on when we are home and away relate back to that date.

I've no idea how they manage it but we've been away first day, last day and Boxing day for the past couple of years.
