Personally don't find it satisfying because I spend precisely zero time thinking about him. I'm baffled by the continual posting about him, it genuinely is strange.

Not being picky but should this thread be in the 'Other Football and Sports section. Based on the fact the lad does not play for us and clearly wasn't interested in playing for us last season.
 
I for one have no interest in reading what some football fans think of a player most of us are glad moved away from our club. It all sounds a bit obsessive to me.
 
I'm glad to hear that he is still rubbish to be honest. I recall his brief one man midfield partnership with Evans and decided at that point he was no good, even for the Championship. It fills me with an odd sense of gratification that he refused to sign a new contract. Imagine if we still had the useless oaf! Would much prefer this Ronaldo chap and I've never even seen him play!

I won't take the high road and say I've 'moved on', fuck him. He left us which is absolutely his choice but to not give the club its dues for allowing him the chance to make a name for himself stinks, regardless of what the fans may have said. Hope he fails miserably for the lack of class alone, not his lethargic performances.

Nah coz I only really have an opinion of this nature regarding this particular subject. I'm not advocating a ban on topics based on my own personal preferences. Still, that was obvious, and you likely needed no explanation :)

Don’t think loyalty and paying dues has much influence on a decision.
Football players are pro’s and shoukd always try to get the best deal for themselves and their family whilst looking long term helping their career.

Lets say his old contract was £12K a week. Right at the beginning of the season
We told him he was a valued squad player….back up for Berge but would get plenty of subs appearances, so we offered to double his money to £25K a week.

His agent might say….I can gaurantee £30K to £50K a week as backup at another PL club.
Remember he had a purple patch for 3 months, making him biggest bargain in fantasy football.
In fact for a spell he was probably our best known player nationally….so you can’t blame him for striking whilst his reputation Is high.

Think it’s always a players prerogative for him to do what’s best for his career….when it’s the other way round clubs show no loyalty.

Nope, he's a massive bellend and we're all going to abuse him forever more.

Further, we'll show our intellectual prowess by giving him nicknames and regularly reminding others of said nicknames.

Most importantly of all, when he inevitably has a good game, we'll ignore it and deny his existence.

Grow up Blades.
 
Always said he was wank never liked him as a player and glad he's already been found out at the gers.. Any blade who's says they don't care and don't get any satisfaction of his failures is lying!
 



It's kind of weird how Lundstram gets so much flack (deservedly so) but other players seem to go under the radar

Brewster seems equally, if not more, talentless and also has the same walk about doing nothing, could not give a toss attitude. Yet people feel sorry for brewster..

Plus he cost about 50 times more and is probably on about 5 times Lundstrams salary.
