Purchasing tickets

Does anyone know how to purchase tickets online these days , it used to be fairly simple , you logged in with your user ID and password and selected the ticket u want , I've tried that several times, I'm an existing member , just renewed it and evertyime I try to purchase a Norwich ticket and allocate it to myself it says I am eligible to purchase 0 tickets , anyone else had similar issues ?

It will only show up if your eligible.

You need to be a season ticket holder for the first batch, iirc.

It does say season ticket and membership cards are today and tomorrow. general sale is Thursday. I don’t know why it’s asking you to allocate to yourself if you’ve logged in with your card number and password before

Today you needed over 10,000 and 5,000 points after 14:00. If you’ve only had a season ticket last year you then they wouldn’t be eligible until tomorrow.

If you genuinely think you're eligible after also reading the above replies then my recommendation would be to email the club. My wife is a current ST holder on 27k points and still got those not eligible messages for Donny away today when only 5k were required. Ticket office sorted it instantly, it was a blip in the system and she just needed her account re-setting

I had a similar issue. Seems to be issues with some people’s accounts, so worth contacting the club to sort it.

I had the same issue, couldn't see any Doncaster tickets, or book any for Norwich. Phoned the ticket office and they said the 'Season Ticket Holder' flag on my account hadn't been activated. Sorted and I can now book both.
