What could've been if JOC didn't do his knee...

In an alternate universe JOC is playing LCB for England in the euros

Chris Wilder has led the blades to there 2nd successive top 10 finish

And Paul Wankbottom isn't SUFC manager

JOC in the Euro's would have netted me £300. I was convinced he was on the verge of a call up considering the lack of left footed centre backs.

We will not miss them.
I think we will.
Without these two we have little quality in midfield and no pace up front.
Everton should be comfortable facing what’s left unless a couple of youngsters turn out to be match winners !

Maybe we could let two or thee youngsters have a run out - as long as they don't get injured!

Difficult and don't want to heap pressure and expectation on him, but Jebbison showed much more in 20 minutes than Burke has in the last 7/8 games.

Berge would have been good to see him get more minutes before the end of season. He's potentially the best midfielder we have by a way, hence the £35m price tag.
Also without him, far more likely Lundstram will start too or be involved which peeps don't want.

I do hope to see some more youngster appearances though. Why not give a few more 45mins or 20 mins like last week.

No doubt Lundstram will be picked to show us why Everton binned him off years ago.

I'm not normally cynical when it comes to injuries, but Berge and Ampadu are definitely Beattie Flu, well, Beattie Flu and don't damage someone else's player in 3 dead rubbers.

He looked quite good I agree and has the potential physique to be a good player.
However I think that many of our opportunities arise when Burke is on the field eg his run and cross in the last match, the enforced error by Henderson etc

Haven't given up on Burke, first season, struggling team, and not playing to his strengths and constant change of attacking partner, maybe if he had gone down after the Luiz challenge, the long ball over the top, might have been used more often, and more starts for him.

How long has Burke been playing on a broken bone in his foot?
That is two players going down late in the season with broken foot bones. When will the clubs who have invested millions in these players insist on more protective footware instead of the ballet shows they play in now.

That is the last we will see of Berge in a Blades shirt.

Shame we probably won't say the same for Burke.

I do worry that we'll end up selling Sander at a discount because he'll not be 100% able to prove his fitness.

Berge sold as seen , don't play him again as his new club don't want him injured .

Nice Lad , too nice really , as the non penalty proved last week , best of look Sander .

Clear as day we slowing filtering out those who wont be on the books next season (no idea why it took Lundstram so long to get hooked)

Ampadu likely already back at Chelsea HQ,
Berge just waiting for transfer window to open so he can bugger off
Mcburnie - handed in transfer request, doubtful here next season
Rodwell - surplus to requirements
Robinson - surplus to requirements
Burke - surplus to requirements ...?

Wish club would just come out and say it as it is and say focusing playing those who will likely be with the club next year... rather than these Hollywood bullshit injuries.
