...but not your phone with his foot !! What a surprise !
Might have been an old nokia 3310 with a built in camera.. Would answer why it looked like it was filmed on a potato AND why the phone laughed at MCB when he stamped on it.. hahaha

Genuine question...are you allowed to film or take pictures of random people without their consent and plaster it all over the internet? I despise the whole "film your life and everyone else's" through a phone generation rather than actually living it. I don't really understand it and I'm glad I had the first 20 years of my life without it. I just wondered if there is any laws or legislation on it.
You can film or take photos of anything you can see (people or private land) if your on public land.

Have you seen those dicks on YouTube that film private firms then act ten ton when asked to move on like they are some kind of hero. Hateful people. Usual outside anything to do with Police. Hutter pillocks with no life.

So if my Mrs just happened to be on a beach with say a bikini on, (or me with my speedo's) anyone could come up to her (or me) and start taking pics or filming her (or me)? seems a bit wrong that, probably not as wrong as me in speedos but wrong all the same.

Anywhere as long as it not private land or property but most things are owned by someone or something. Public beach. That's when you turn into Ollie Mcburnie mode of they want to film you in speedos

I've seen a few where the police use the Terrorist Act to search them and get their details.

Unless they are constantly taking pictures of you (harassment/stalking) there is nothing you can do.

Name who you think is in the clique and what they do that makes you think this. Tell us how it effects how you post and the impact on this forum
Not going to name names as I don’t want to be called a pig and be on the end of a sclique attack.
It makes me feel really sad that on a site full of Blades with all mixed views and different personalities that there are some on here who like to attack anyone with different views by way of name calling or taking the piss.
I’ve seen a number of times members on here getting rounded on by the sheep mentality of the clique.
With everything that has gone on this season and in life in general this site has got a bit depressing.
Im now going to go on a years break.

In the meantime have fun, be kind and I hope the Blades get back to winning games and bringing the good times back.

we are bladesmen super bladesmen
We are bladesmen from the Lane!

Perhaps if your Mrs had the budgie smugglers on and you were in a bikini that might infringe some privacy law.😉

There is no law stating that you can't take photographs in public. This includes taking photos that include other people's children or taking photos of children directly. An offence will, however, have been committed if the photographs taken are indecent.
Is there a difference between taking photos or moving images one the one hand and publishing them on the other hand ?

That article from the Sun is a disgrace and so one sided. The post about the funeral reveals a side to McBurnie that many don't see and he doesn't boast on it either it seems.
Yeah, he did run the poor lad down whilst pissed. Two sides to every story etc...... 🥴

I was positively outraged until I saw the 'victim' was the type of person who goes to the pub in tracksuit bottoms and a back-to-front baseball cap, then I thought "fair enough".

Insurance broker though.

He will make sure your wheels are still attached to your car if you give him £ 20. Type of insurance.

now everybody in town knows all they have to do is have a pop and they will get a reaction and be Twitter famous for a few hours.

he walks off and ignores it no ones going to do it because they aren’t going to get a anything from him.

walk off and have a laugh that you’ve got more money than that fucking idiot will ever see in his life. Think about how you’ve actived a dream and played in the Pl and helped your country qualify for an international tournament and then go back to your massive house in your expensive car and smile to yourself that that other guys got nowt better to do that hurl abuse at a innocent man on the street.
There is no doubt that if he ignores it, it mostly would go away and it might be the next guy that does it is a bit more handy when things get physical

It's easy to rationalise though sat where I am.

Ollie clearly hasn't quite grown up yet, but I suppose each incident of this nature will teach him something

That petulant insurance wanker child prick with “Leeds alpha syndrome” deserved so much more than a lightly bruised black eye for what he did. Either way we don’t want or need Mcb in the team, he adds nothing on or off the pitch. Now wilders “give a chav a chance” program is over hopefully he will go somewhere else with a few other poor performers like Lungbrains who would be much better suited to remedial welsh clubs like Swansea and Cardiff.

Let’s just hope we are onwards and upwards in the champ whatever happens & we can move on without all this crap from our “star strikers”
