Just avoids tough questions he can't answer,like why the start was so slow.As for the early goal changing the dynamic of the game,he says we then had to push,leaving us vulnerable to Palace counters,what would we be doing at 0-0,not pushing and leaving ourselves vulnerable?,were we just going to sit back with men behind the ball all game?
The only difference it should have made was that we pushed for an equaliser rather than a lead,and we were absolutely clueless on going about it.

If a team is pushing so much that they’re leaving gaps, I’d expect them to have considerably more than zero shots on target. We somehow manage to combine offering no threat at all with being leaky at the back.
