Thinking forward to next season in the Championship & considering our current strikers.

Gone for Brewster and McBurnie they have the potential to form a good partnership and become legends.
Sharp will be here and will have a part to play but we know what he can do in the Championship.
Same applies to McGoldrick.
Mousset needs moving on hopefully we can get something back for him.
Burke unfortunately will never be a striker, great pace which is something I love in players but lets face it Kathy Burke is probably a better finisher than Oli.

Based on the ability to play football and score goals in the Championship I’d go Billy and McGoldrick. We probably need to use McBurnie and Brewster though because they cost a lot of money and binning them will be costly.

Of the six these two are one's who can be counted on to put their heart and soul in it.

More concerned about who's going to create the chances for these strikers. For everyone who's saying Brewster and McB are already proven goalscorers in the championship I suggest looking at all the footage of how their goals came about and try to imagine our midfield replicating that.

McBurnie
Brewster
Sharp
McGoldrick

Best striking options in the Championship
Tbh that's my 4 ,we haven't got bad strikers our issue is midfield we have no one loading the gun
If we can keep ramsdale joc,Egan, bash plus a few others
I would be pretty confident we could have a push at bouncing back

Wow. Mcgoldrick? Think we are in big trouble if so. This time last season the lad was getting some proper stick on here. Midfield and supplying the ammo could be his role. Striker, not for me.

I can't recall anyone giving him stick last season, quite the opposite despite the fact that he couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo.

Week in week out with the right system played and probably have to go for McBurnie & Brewster to start.

Sharp & Didzy back up and Burke can just sprint around last 10 minutes if we’re winning 1-0 then get sub subbed again.

Moose can retire and be the allocated driver.

Sharp and Didzy have both been really good players for us in the past but both are nearing the end of their careers - certainly in the top 2 divisions. If they are our strikeforce next season I think we will go down again. Didzy’s finishing is abysmal and Sharp has lost his spark.

We really need Brewster to pull his finger out, put some effort it and come good. We also need another striker because McBurnie is not the answer either.

I understand why Brewster is topping the poll… but I have seen almost nothing from him to suggest he will come good.

His body language gives the impression that he would rather not be here at all. He looks like an u21 player who has been promoted to the first team too early and could do with a season on loan at Donny Rovers or somewhere in League one.

Sharp and Mcgoldrick are the best two by far, the others are a complete waste of space and need replacing
There is no evidence that Brewster and McB are not good Championship strikers indeed there is evidence to the contrary, so they look key to our next season, along with the two you mentioned.

Voted moose and Burke just so I could how everyone else voted.

I think the other 4 will all be useful in the league below given anything like decent service. Burke should be kept just to see what happens against defenders in the league below. Moose deverses a chance at the highest level, if we can find anyone who'll fall for it.

I understand why the votes in the poll are cast as they are, but I think that our current style of play will have to be significantly adapted to make the most of the current prime choice.

Any striker next season apart from Didzy managing over 5 goals will be a legend at the moment. Or is that a legg end ?

There must be a parallel universe as I can recall no stick towards Didzy, last season he was cursed and nothing went in but he is vital if we are to have a promotion push. I'd also go for Brewster & McBurnie with Billy as cover, bear in mind he's 86 now.

There's also no evidence that they are effective strikers playing in our system or that they even give a toss about playing for us, in fact all the evidence suggests they are happy to pick up a massive wage and put fuck all effort in
