It occured to me last night, that anyone considering buying a Season Ticket may have a good choice of seats available.

Maybe there will be some prime seats, central in the Kop freeing up .........

I'll be buying one. Last night made me realise that I want one more now than I ever did before. Lets face it, the club needs us.....whether it props up the poor administration or not. We have two choices, keep it going so that we might MIGHT just be able to eventually turn it around.....or do what the directors are doing and leave it to the dogs.

Paying hundreds of pounds to watch this dross is borderline lunacy, I've maintained that the whole way along. But we must be lunatics to support this club anyway.....I'm in!

For me, the trust is broken so there won't be a season ticket.
I know many feel the same way and I feel sorry for those that have bought one because I don't see any reason for anything other than another car crash season which could be particularly humiliating if Wednesday do well.
Still a fan and will still go but I support United, not McCabe, and I don't recognise the current club as being the United I support.

If there is a problem about football and football supporters in general its this: supporting your team is like an addiction, you know it is bad for your health, you know it will put stress and strains on family life, you know its money thrown away, but we still buy our season tickets in the hope that this time the addiction will finally give me what I desire.

I buy one because I enjoy it. Good times and bad times, there's always something to talk about. In comparison to many clubs it's quite a reasonable price. The matchday experience is generally good and to a large part entertaining. Would like better results, but it's football. Sometimes good, more often bad, but the good times will live with me far longer than the bad.

If buying a season ticket was about enjoying ensured success on the pitch, success over our local rivals and a jolly good time then the vast majority of us certainly wouldn't have had anything to renew over the years would we?

I support Sheffield United, therefore, I have renewed my season ticket regardless of whoever may be in charge at any level of the club.

Would a reduction in price have encouraged you to recognise the club as the United you support? given that that seemed to be your main complaint originally about the renewals?

I've just joined the ranks of those who no longer believe in the club, don't believe they'll tell the truth about anything, will sell anyone they can, will attempt to exploit supporters, will insult them and ultimately will so alienate fans who've watched them for nearly 40 years that they'll just say no thanks.
Nothing to do with money for me or success. I just no longer had any sense of identity with the team or club this season.
I'll probably go to a few games next season but until there is genuine reason to believe in the club again there'll be no season ticket.

You might not get it but there are many that do. And the remarkable thing is how easy it seems and that is what should really worry United.

Unfortunately Len you speak for thousands, and if it hasn't hit home to McCabe already then it surely will have by season ticket deadline day. Fifty four years I've been going to the Lane and never before have I felt so distanced from a club that is breaking the heart of so many of its supporters.

What a load of tripe, would you have a ticket if they were say 50 quid? I think you and plenty more would, so its nothing to do with 'the club i love' and more to do with putting your hand in your pocket. Us true blades have supported the club once more. Ps, when did we sink to crowds of 6000?
