I have to disagree on both counts.

I think it was a deliberate selection of photos that excluded him and he will be bothered in that he will think it's pathetic, like I do.

Ok. I will put it another way. If you had a messy divorce and your other half walked off with a shed load of cash, would you still be publishing photos of your ex on social media ?
