I can see lampard with John Terry as his number 2. Terry also has the nickname squirrel like knilly. Only difference is Terry’s name comes from burying his nuts in players wives.

It won't be any of them, it'll be some unknown youngish (probably German) manager from a club no-one has ever heard of.
Uncanny, just read on twitter that k.v oostende (who) manager is being touted a 47 Yr old German ,who has played for about 50 clubs and this is first managerial role .Alexander blessin is his name

KV Oostende are owned by the same billionaire that owns Barnsley

I voted Jokanovic but I wonder whether the likes of Slaven Bilic get too easily dismissed.

He did excellently with Croatia.

He finished 7th, taking West Ham to Europe and then a respectable 11th. He was then sacked in November when, you could argue there was still time to turn things around.

Got West Brom promoted at first time of asking. Had a scandalously low amount of spend and unsurprisingly found himself in the bottom 2 and was sacked.

He got appointed to a job in China at Beijing Guoan but you'd think he'd rather have a job in England.

I also read that he has a law degree so he's an intelligent fellow to boot as well as speaking a number of languages fluently. He's also part of a rock band, which may or may not be relevant!

jokanovic or lampard yes appleton or robinson no and bilic is an interesting one as well

I can’t see us wanting to pay the kind of money that the managers above will want (Heckingbottom aside).

Lampard will be sat on a nice compensation package that probably stops if he takes another job so he’s likely to wait for a well paid one.

The other suggestions have got to be looking at £2.5m a year. We’ll be back in the realms of wanting to pay £500k to £1m a year I’d have thought.

Could turn out to be a mixed Blessin. And he actually played for 14 clubs so stop exaggerating & learn to count your Blessins.

(was going to include the Blessin in disguise one but S64 beat me to it)

We could land a job at the Star with all these puns.

Why isn't Brian the blade on the shortlist.
Asking for a friend.
