I take it Berge is already in Norway and has been recuperating there for a while.
 
Painful watch given the circumstances but he actually got me up for the game and believing a little towards the end. Hopefully the players are up for it too and we show some fight & belief in our game on Sunday. UTB
 
He's a good guy. Got Barnsley to Wembley (and won) twice in the same season, which in terms of winning Wembley appearances was more in the space of a few weeks than we've managed in 96 years!! Sadly had his head turned by the Dirties and it didn't end well for him, being the collateral damage for Bielsa arriving. He'd have been better staying at Barnsley. I don't think how he does in the last few games in the PL is a fair measure of how he may do in the Championship, because we're a sinking ship and not even Fergie or Wenger at their best could save us now. If he can restore a bit of pride and get us looking like a team again he may be worth a punt. I'm not convinced about Howe because we're very much out of his comfort zone (small but rich southern club), and he didn't do well at Burnley (Northern, "proper", distinct lack of prawn butties), and anybody else is totally uninspiring.

Wilder said he was at a specialist rehab place in London a few weeks ago. Surely he should be rehabbing with us though? Seems like he’s already decided he’s off and we won’t see him ‘on the grass’ again.

His interview about his time at Barnsley and Leeds is really interesting. Talks openly about how desperately he was to get out of Barnsley with the new owner.

The team have played most of the season looking like they've had a long sesh in an Amsterdam coffee shop, so you could argue that they've all been on the grass for a very long time!!

100% this. It's the daft blade in me, but we do have a chance tomorrow. It's probably a 1 in 20 chance but they do happen, look at the Man U match. Chelsea 'might' be taking it lightly given their other higher priorities.

Heckingbottom is very unlikely to unleash some new tactic, but he seems to have a level head on his shoulders. Hopefully he's giving the players at least some sort of grounding for getting a routine back.

For tomorrow and the rest of the season we need the squad to close ranks a bit play for each other and show some professionalism, I'd like to believe that's the sort of message being delivered from the interim management and also senior players like Billy and Bash will hopefully also had some words to keep heads on straight.

We've got a lot of games left and need to try get through them with at least some sense of pride and professionalism in the ranks.

I don't think he wants it.

I'm almost certain I saw an interview with him after he left the Hibs job where he stated he didn't want to be a manager anymore and wanting to go back to developing younger players as he did art Barnsley before becoming caretaker manager.
 
Just watched this, i wasn’t going to, but i did and i’m glad i did. He speaks really well , he knows his stuff 👍🏻.
it was just good to hear a positive voice after all thats gone on in the last week!

Stevo, there isn’t many that are not upset about what has happened to Chris Wilder but as I, and others keep pointing out we are Blades and we support our club through thick and thin. I’ve just listened and he speaks very well, and of course he hasn’t chased this position it’s been thrust upon him, so get behind him please.
 
I thought he spoke very well, I also thought that he alluded to the fact that things could be improved and he had been disappointed as to what had happened during the previous months and was pointing the finger at some players not putting in 100%.

will we see Lundstram in a shirt again?

Very good but just can’t bring myself to watch higgo after Chris Wilder but give me time

I wasn’t referring to the game I always watch but hopefully not from behind the settee like the last game
