Avoid complaining and blaming.
Get out into the sunshine, at least 15 minutes per day.
Recite positive affirmations in the morning and at bed time.
Laugh when you can. Cry if you must. Both laughter and tears are cleansers for your soul.
Stop worrying and don't overthink.
Exercise. Eat well and drink sensibly.
Forgive.
Recall fond memories when feeling blue.
Visualize your dreams and goals.
Stay optimistic. Be enthusiastic and open minded.
Celebrate small wins
Let go of resentment.
Get rid of unhealthy habits.
Practice deep breathing.

Remember it's only a Game, love your neighbour for they they are in a worse situation than you.

“Celebrate small wins” ! You mean like winning the FA cup or just winning a game ?

And if that fails, smash the lot up and kidney punch the first child you come across (preferably disabled)

Look forward to the tour when the venues open again. 👍

And don't forget to masturbate regularly.

Preferably in private, not in the street or owt.

Im still clinging to the belief that Brewster will come good, based on a really nice pass he made, once

In a similar vein:

Stevens is good, based on a few decent performances a few seasons back and some goals
Norwood is a game changer, and has this unbelievable show stopping ability to pick players out from a distance (although not for some time now)
Lundstram is any cop, based upon possibly three games out of the 108 he's played for us where he's really made the effort and contributed to our success
McBurnie is a decent striker, based upon six last season and one solitary goal this season
Mousset is actually a professional footballer at all
Rodwell, also
L Freeman was bought for some or other purpose, of which we aren't sure

I half agree with Jack

We need to focus on putting more than five passes together in an opposition’s half before ..... we pass it backwards.

You are just getting carried away with talk about even thinking of getting a shot on target.

i like this 👏🏻

Accept the realisation that when the opposition score a goal that the contest is now over.
You now don't HAVE to watch the rest of it.
You can go and do something else and get on with your day.
Think of it as 'time off for good behaviour'. 'A treat'. It's liberating.
You are free! 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️🩲👘🦜🌴🦩👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

I once went on a positive thinking course.

It was shit.

What sunshine?

I didn't watch most the game Sunday. Didn't see their last 3 goals. That's probably the best way to deal with it!
