I asked the question on his behalf back in November when the car crash was coming over the horizon
Cue the pig insults, obviously - but his team selection, lack of plan B, defeatist interviews and general malaise that’s around the club now will take us down in a few weeks

Think it’s time for a breath of fresh air, nothing lasts forever

My concern is we come back for pre season and the lads roll their eyes with a “here we go again” attitude

Honestly and sadly, can’t see how he can pull this round

I know people may point to Norwich as a example of how to stick with a manager and see the benefits
But they fought, never spent and put in some god performances, even in the games we have won, I wouldn’t say we were brilliant, got a job done yes, worldie no.

I've posted earlier that John Lundstram and the position he's took, and his work rate, ethic, lack of football knowledge skill or technique will see Chris Wilder out of his job should he carry on picking him..

I agree, however I’m unsure that squad wouldn't get less points than this one (this season). Last season our best team consisted of 95% the team from the championship

That's a good point that is difficult to make at the moment. For a range of reasons we've been found out this year and I'm not for chucking the baby out with the bathwater. Lunny is shit and I wouldn't be picking him, I'd rather see Bogle or Osborn in his stead or even a kid getting the odd game but he's not a sack the manager sized problem

You could go into detail after detail about this and how we ended up here and this and that and the other but unfortunately I have to agree with you.

If you can name a manager that you honestly think could get results out the team currently available, then yeah go for it. Who is that the then?
Of course they'd need several key requirements, chiefly being able to turn water into wine.

We're down, we need a manager to sort us out in the championship. For me, that's still Wilder. Unless of course there's a miracle worker available.

The biggest problem I have with Wilder is the comment about there being nothing wrong with the system a few weeks ago. Why can't he see we ve been worked out? It's been obvious for months.

Teams are packing their own box and preventing us from getting round the back. This usually restricts us to only having the option of a deeper cross with 2 players in the box against 4/5 opponents, as we commit 3/4 players to try and achieve the overlap. As a result of the packed box we often turn down the opportunity to cross and either overplay then get caught on the break or pass back to Ramsdale who hoofs it down the pitch.

Opponents are playing through the middle more and over running us. Usually 1 of our 3 midfielder players is out wide supporting the wing backs to achieve 2 v1 situations, which we rely on to create space as we have no players who are capable of beating an opponent in a 1v1. As a result, if it breaks down we are wide open with only Norwood as a barrier.
