Spot on which probably suggests we weren't as bad as I thought.

Bogle looks a real threat at that level and even Lowe who has struggled at PL level got on the ball and drove forwards.

Brewster however, I'm really starting to worry about. He has no effect on games whatsoever. We can't afford any passengers in our system and he is fast becoming one. He's not a finisher like Sharp, he's not a link up man like Didsy, he can't get in behind like Burke and he's not good in the air like McBurnie?

I've been a big defender of Norwood in recent months but I think we are witnessing a rather rapid decline of a player. Perhaps he knew what was happening with his international retirement? And so did Tufty with the signing of Berge to play there?

Watched Leicester v brighton and ours was a thriller in comparison

We have to accept we won
Some need to realise that's the gist of cup games
Expecting to beat championship sides by 4 or 5 -0 wins is setting up for some disappointment. No doubt Burnley fans were expecting the same

It's our inability to open teams up that worries me. We created so little again all night & continue to show zero variety to our play.
Moreover, all eyes were back onto Brewster tonight & he was really poor.

With that much ball, at home, against an out-of-form side that is a league below & playing with 10 men for half an hour - I probably would expect a more convincing scoreline. But just creating some good chances wouldn't go amiss.

Well we would have scored from open play but for the defenders save with his hand .
We created 14 shots . There were poor displays from Brewster and Norwood still looks off his game. Won 6 of last 9 and the 3 we have lost are to man city Chelsea and spurs . So we are doing something better
