I've thought about that. Take out the obvious hates; DirtyLeeds, CheatinAmmers, Villa gobshites, Citeh cash spunkers, Newton Heath cash spunkers + penalty kings, Chelski, Entitled Arsenal/Liverpool etc etc.

Then remove the secondary hates; Everton (1994 cheats), Leicester (2003 Admin cheats), Baggies (Megson and the Battle of the Lane), Burnley (nasty place), Toon (Massive#2 with bells on), Wolves (that play off final), Palace (that other play off final).

I reckon that leaves Brighton (pig kit), Spurs (I quite like Jose) and S'oton.

I had a quick glance at the table as I wrote that and I'm with you with Spurs, who are the only ones with a chance where I'd say I wouldn't mind it. Wolves was actually my other one, as horrible as that day was (and I made the trip especially), I don't blame Wolves for it.

Since people with no actual affinity with a club decided to follow a successful team as marketed by the Global Premier League brand.
Could have been Chelsea, could have been Arse or Spurs or manure, but at the point in time they decided to follow a PL team, they settled on Citeh.

There’s a few decent comments in there from people who have actually watched football at the lower levels and know what parking the bus looks like. I have a mate who is a ManC fan, and he has been saying for couple of years now that he misses the ol' days of Maine Rd, and travelling to other proper grounds, loves the Lane for that reason
