During the 1989-90 season the number 7 shirt was worn in league games by Alan Roberts, Carl Bradshaw, Paul Wood, Dane Whitehouse, Mike Lake and John Francis.

Edit - Bradshaw was the one who had most league appearances in it.

Mine, so if you'd greatfull return it too:
The Old Orchard
Rotherham Rd..............

Not genuine but might interest a few on here .

Is it 'Whose'?

He played a big part in our Grammar League promotion season.

Up to£500 already. Ridiculous!!

Wasn't Paul's wife pregnant when he signed? Sure he mentioned it to Bassett when he signed in the United TV show.

Just a question for people that know their kit stuff.
I bought a shirt a few years ago, A 2015 blades v port vale for the heart foundation, match worn shirt it was embroidered on the front with Sheffield United v port vale and the day and date on it Of the game, mine is No 14 Paul coutts, it has the football league badges on the sIeeves and a British heart foundation badge above the left breast. I got it signed on the back so as not to mark the front, with it being a rare shirt and I got Paul Coutts to sign it between his name and the number on the back It was the first time they ever wore this white anniversary kit before it was released on general sale and used the following season. it was a league match with a shirt auction for Shred after the game for the players match worn shirts, muck and all....
anyway my question is would this shirt ever be worth anything??? Or is it something that is just a gimmicky type shirt. I suppose there’s only going to be 15 ever made so it’s rare and they are different from the ones released for the fans to buy, different material and proper clima cool material unlike the replica and better looking sponsor badges, better quality and a lot nicer than a replica shirt etc.
I have always wondered if it’s something to hold on too for years look after it and maybe pass it on to the kids or is it just a meh Who’d want it shirt as it was auctioned for charity???
I would much appreciate someone’s shirt collecting knowledge..

They are both rare and collectible but I’m amazed what the away shirt is up to. When I think back to the two 81/2 away shirts and Len Badgers shirt at auction in the last couple of years they are now looking at a sound return on their investment in those 3!!
