It looks like I have found a home to post my thoughts since the demise of BU.
Snap shot of my opinion on the 3 major issues
Richard Batho - No need! (I'll start with the controversial one)
If the senior members of the club had confidence in their ability and professionalism this guy would never have wedged his way in. You can not honestly tell me that this guys appointment would have been made if we were in the Premiership. His job is pretty void at the best of times but to employ a guy who's opinions mainly based around Pies is pretty embarrassing, I for one hope we close this experiment after his 6 month contract.
Micky Adams - Superb Appointment
Long long long overdue in my opinion. I do honestly think Blacky tried his best but in the end just wasn't good enough. In Micky I genuinely feel we have a manager that is good enough and given time will take us to the Premiership. It feels very much like 1999 to me and as long as we get out of the current mess we will be alright.
Take That and the return of Robbie - AMAZING!
I'm actually delighted with this. There are some amongst us that are dead against this but I personally am delighted and think that a little bit of nostalgia in these times are a great thing.
