Went to bed and slept well last night, can't beat feeling that golden glow after what we've been through. As a Blade of 56 years it was up there with promotion 1971, that day at Leicester 1991 and the bouncing day massacre.
Rang my old dad and as a Blade of over 80 years (he's 92) he said it was up there with putting 7 past Wendy in 1953 and watching Jimmy Hagan play - wish I could have seen those.
The monkey has been well and truly shafted

Yes great result and performance. Ranks with the match you mention - also that one when we beat Forest 3-2 or was it 4-2 in that play off match a few years ago.

Would have been right up there had I been on the kop with thousands of us going crazy, but having been sat in my living room, with the wife laughing as Bogle chested the ball towards his own goal, it comes some way down the list.

To me it felt like a really cagey promotion season game. On top, in charge, desperate to win, thin margins, very reminiscent of Middlesbrough at home. Absolute arse squeaker of a game to keep us in touch with the top two.

It was hardly a classic was it but I woke up feeling marginally better about life and that there's at least one team we've managed to prove we're better than! Finally got a bit of luck and looks as if Wilder has finally stumbled across a good player in Bogle (96th minute notwithstanding).

Still a big ask to stay up, we need to still win probably 8 of the next 20 games and draw a few others but every marathon starts with one step.

Almost up there with that Hull match when Unsworth scored in the last minute. Only there because he was too knackered to get over and take the corner

I thought the last ten minutes' tension was more or less identical to the last few minutes against Nottingham Forest in December 1990

Was a decent performance against a shit team with no fans present.

Won't even register in my top 500 games never mind some of the occasions mentioned above.
I was thinking that, Maidenhead but didn't want to say anything as I thought I'd missed something. 🙄

It was great to see a decent performance from ALL the players. But without the dubious pen. it would have been yet another 90 goal-less minutes in spite of all the pressure. Would love to see us 2 up at half-time sometime soon so we can stop shitting bricks in the final 10 minutes. UTB

No wonder the pigs take the piss out of us for the honours board.....might as well put last night on there for good measure.

It wanks as high as any in Rome!

20 is a horrible score with 10 to go. Teams launching balls into our box with nowt to lose. Get one and pressure gets unbearable. Have you been watching us long? XD
Need at least 3 0 for any comfort!
