Players out ill, can't name a full bench, yet the game hasn't been cancelled?!

When other fixtures have been.

Surely this is putting players at risk unnecessarily now?

Not a single midfielder on the bench.

Fuming.

Only 2 or 3 out ill isn't there? Surely you can't ask for it to be postponed because of injuries

Does anyone know why the Premier League won't let clubs name players with COVID? Makes little sense to me given they name players with everything else.

Sorry, 'ill' probably wasn't the best description, but yes I meant positive Covid cases. I don't know how many we have, but there must be a few as we only know of a few injuries.

Wilder said post-Burnley that Burke could only play max 20 minutes + post-Brighton he said Robinson was carrying a knock but played through it so I doubt they're covid related

It isn't the PL, United are choosing not to name them. I read the other day that legally if a player doesn't want something from their medical record sharing such as COVID, they can choose to remain anonymous, which seems fair tbh.

I'm actually optimistic with the line up. Just need Fleck and Norwood to give us something. Not sure missing players would give us anything extra. That's the end of Robinson.

Fleck and norwood will certainly give us something. Uncertaincy when they get the ball and give it away.in dangerous positions

I know they've been awful. But we know they can play. It's been finding the right blend between new players and old guard. Just seems to be a better balance today.

Moose can't do 90 so we will see Brewster at some point, Fleck needs to pull himself together, and maybe Didz dropping back to a number 10 to change things around second half. But this does look promising.

Wilder trying too hard to play up to ‘proper football man’ image.

We should have tried to get the game off regroup - no midfielders on the bench, 6 subs including a 16 year old. Every other club would use this to their advantage

Bristol City mate says they've got lots of injuries so their postponement today after positive Covid tests was extremely "convenient "

Yeh thought they were both better today although it was an all round poor dsplay

Cool sounds good for Portsmouth.

We of course are playing Bristol Rovers.

I’d only want it calling off if they cancel the fixture rather than postponing it.
