Mattie Pollock, who with a name like that of course plays for Grimsby, could be angling to join the Blades, or will it be a case of the one that got away, as other premier clubs are reportedly keen to sign him.
Mattie is a 19yr old central defender and is Grimsby's leading goal scorer this season having scored four goals, including the winner against local rivals Scunthorpe, maybe we could get him as cheap as chips and have the deal wrapped up in newspaper come January.

Think we've been linked before? Don't know much about him, I know he's well thought of, but seems we're going for loans at the min. Also any permanent signing could well be put off with the current league position. I do hope that despite the current loan preference we sign someone permanently with a view to next season maybe if we can get that player in. I like the look of Jed Wallace from Millwall, said that a few times, but would guess that type of signing will come next summer.
