It's just that their limitations are there for all to see.
Whether it's Robinson, Norwood, Burke or whoever, we don't have players who are good enough at this level.
Sadly, last season is showing it was a one off.
Even with JOC, we looked dire at the end of last season and it continued into this.
90% of the time, our work rate and commitment can't be questioned, but we lack the quality we need to win games.
I'm proud of what CWAK have achieved since they came in, and despite some questionable transfers, would trust them to continue regardless of the poor performances the players continue to put in. 'We lack that bit of quality' is something we often hear CW say, so he's fully aware of the problem. As are we.
I'm grateful for the effort the players put in, but it would take a remarkable transfer window to turn this around now.

As much as I understand it’s cheaper to pay wages and no transfer fee for experienced players, it is obviously not the strategy and that comes from the top so the route Wilder has gone down is big fees and low wages. It doesn’t work.

On the 2nd point, I agree. We’ve gone down the ‘low wages, big fee, young player’ route and we would have spent less/the same on experienced mercenaries who might have kept us up. That strategy can’t all be down to Wilder though, surely. The only reason I can think is that we didn’t want outliers in our wage structure on say £70k a week as it has the potential to piss the existing squad off.

Need to show some easier passes from a bit more offering a target for a pass.

We don’t need to employ people. I don’t think I’m ITK at all but all PL clubs employ the same network of scouts. My mates do it in Eastern Europe for the Blades and a host of other clubs. It’s not their only job but they work in Eastern Europe in football and do scouting, the reports go to all clubs.

Oh come on! We’ve all been behind CW but the last 9 months have been abject - it transcends loyalty and gratitude for past performance. He’s out of his depth and I’d say that keeping him is just diminishing the record he has created. You’d have to be delusional to keep saying nothing is wrong that he can’t sort out.
