Thanks for the feedback and I wish I knew too why he thought that! I think the problem is confidence, obviously! But that suddenly isn't going to reset when we got to the championship. So Wilder or not, relegation or not that needs to massively change come, end of the season.

True, but at this rate when are we going to win? I know the law of averages means at some point we probably will, say we win 3 games this season. Are you really going to feel confident with this team next season? Lower division or not, confidence is an essential part of football and it is not as simple as resetting that mindset next season.
