Good signing. He's suspect sometimes at the back but I love him going forwards and his passion for the Blades.
I would say the complete opposite, brilliant defensively but a bit lacking going forwards at times. Hardly ever misses a game and he’s one who you know will always put 100% in no matter what.

One I’m happy to tie down on a new deal. He either stays with us or we can command a decent fee for him now.

I'd probably say we're both right - he has plusses and minuses on both fronts but I feel his bursts forward put him some great positions. But yes, agree, he could be more composed up top and cross the ball much earlier than he does.

My thoughts on him defensively are based on him having to track back as he's so far forward most of the time. He also is vulnerable when he's on his own at the back post and stays square to balls / crosses from the opposite flank when really he should be opening his body. Little things but they annoy me as a former RB!!

One of the few players we have who would thrive in a back four. Excellent full back... so-so wing back

Good news, wonder what it means for bogle though. I know he's young but he surely won't want to not even get in the 18 for much longer.

There was always that one lad in team who could end up in an pushing and shoving match from 3 pitches away from where he was playing. George is exactly this, great for a flutter on yellow cards as well

100% agree, Premier League full back, Championship wing back. Well worth keeping around, although he can’t do the job that is being asked of him at this level, that’s not his fault.

Love his passion and effort looks like he cares the most but he really needs to work on his final ball if he’s going to play at top level consistently

It’s up to Bogle to earn the shirt and take it off George lets be honest if he has ambitions to play the majority of his career at the top level then in the medium to long term he has to be able to beat out a player like George.

Baldock is a huge player for us. One of only a handful to really stand up this season. So I find it weird how many people focus on his lack of goals and his crossing, when his overall contribution is as good as any in our team. If he had a delivery like Alexander-Arnold he'd be playing for team in European competition by now.

Our creativity under Wilder has always been based on teamwork above individual flair. Yet there seems to be a trend for blaming our current woes on individuals' lack of creativity. What got us here is exceptional teamwork and understanding between players. Yes, our players are good, but there's a reason they didn't get poached in the summer, and why disruption to the personnel this season has utterly crucified us.

Long live the furious one.

I think he signed a new 3 year deal at the beginning of last season so with 2 years still remaining on that deal signing a further 3 years now is unnecessary imo.

Whether we stay up or go down (don't get me wrong he's great for us) but I can hardly see many if any Prem or Champ clubs queuing up to sign him from us.

Takes him up to 30. I guess it's better than having to make a contract decision on him at 29.

I’d imagine he’d be a very attractive prospect to quite a few certainly those newly promoted clubs solid pro with prem experience at a good age ticks a lot of boxes in terms of good experience for a promoted side. Not a bad option for a lot of sides outside the top 10 who would all probably offer him a significant pay rise even as a bench option.

I think there are two, possibly three, Championship clubs who wouldn’t regard him as an upgrade on what they already have.

I think he is exactly the sort of player that any club newly promoted to the PL would be looking to sign.

Changing one of our best players signing a new contract into a negative. Its the Blades way 🙆‍♂️

Not turning it into a negative, my opinion is it's unnecessary when he was already on a 3 year deal. In terms of covering ourselves and protecting the club I think a renewal could have been sorted out in the summer, not now.
