Paddy power were offering United at 21/10 the same time Skybet were offering 4/6 anyone know why? I bet regularly but couldn’t understand the difference

Bet a quid & you'll get around £1.65 back @ PP or about £3.10 with Sky (if you win)
So the difference is around 30 bob
If you don't bet you've (still) got your quid

Hope this helps 😉

So we piss ourselves laughing at Villa for paying 28m for Watkins and then we try to justify paying 25m for Brewster who's had only half a season of scoring at Swansea ?
Double standards ?

We didn't spunk £140m up the wall and finish 17th last season though.

Watkins is a good buy for them, but they've set a new precedent. We don't have much choice but to pay it if we want promising young british talent now.

No, we are a victim of their reckless forays into the transfer market causing an across the board baseline price of around £20/£25m for an unproven forward.

Well how do you know for sure? You know his dad? He was signed up a few days ago according to some bullshitters the other day!

Ok thankyou for being honest. It’s very difficult to find that on this thread

He’s definitely going somewhere. Liverpool hold all the cards- theres plenty wanting him. If others are presenting better deals for Liverpool FC, they’ll get him. Thats not slagging United (or Liverpool), its just the way it is financially and realistically.

Don’t think Liverpools current splurge on players is tied into Brewster going anywhere either- they’re playing poverty masterfully IMO.

Had high hopes at one point, but this is now a Maupay/Lita/Morsy situation for me.

We’ll get somebody; I have no idea who, but don’t think its Brewster now. Might be a big disappointment, but might also be a nice surprise.

Thread Rating 8/10
Recommend more tits.

If the buy back clause is a problem, then surely the solution is to ensure that should Liverpool wish to buy RB back the valuation we place on RB is based on how successful he's been since moving to the Blades. He'll either have been a success or not impressed, so determining a price shouldn't be rocket science, unless United's objections to this clause are based on other, less obvious reasons. In which case we'll just have to see if this is a deal breaker for Liverpool.
