No, do what CW and his team did. Find unknown but competent players from the lower leagues, then spend hour upon hour nurturing their talents and tactical knowledge and mental strength and blend them into a defensive unit that your expensive superstars couldn't compete with. That way you would have the same pride in your team that we have with ours.
