Rotherham were the only side to make a profit in their last championship season. Next season is going to be such a struggle for the championship.

I think its great news for the Millers, Ive seen some people write them off, all I would say is the Blades were written off this season as absolute nailed on to get relegated, and as they say the rest is history. My Grandad used to take me to watch them when my dad was working and couldn't take me to the lane, so certainly got a soft spot for them, and I'm not holding Clive Mendonca against them

While I hope all but one club survives, part of me does think it's a case of "you reap what you sow" a little with all this. Hopefully teams that attempt to run themselves well will profit as those with delusions of grandeur have to cut costs and drop down the table.

You could see that the Championship couldn't go on like it was. This has been a traumatic way to expose the fragility of it, but something would have eventually.
