I was so delighted for Billy last night , I still felt , although maybe not for 90 minutes , he's still , comfortably United's best forward and hope of taking a goalscoring chance
And a local hero , one of you , and most importantly does the business , he has the runs on the board , he loves your club .most of us would kill to have a player like like that . .. Continues to surprise me I accept that.

Not of his ability to score but his ability to offer something else to his game. What is impressive, is like others he is adapting his game to become effective. We are also adapting tactically depending on opponents to suit him. Against Norwich, who are weak at the back and particularly defending crosses we got crosses in early. Against the sides with pace and power at the back with a high line Sharp will be less effective and Mousset should step up.

However, Mousset really could do with a dose of Sharp’s professionalism as he’s been a passenger of late and at risk of losing his edge with us too. Hope he looks at Billy and takes on board what he’s doing with his far limited natural ability.
