When at Anfield I bought the Liverpool top trumps (don't ask). It got me thinking, using the same categories who would be the best players to have in a Sheffield United version of the game?

'Young' Harry Johnson is our all time leading goalscorer. I think Alan Woodward is top post-war.

At a guess, Jimmy Dunne has the most goals in a top flight season (around 40).

Harry Johnson has the unusual (unique?) Distinction of being top scorer all time for two clubs, us and Mansfield.

Edit: maybe just limit it to the last 10 years to give everybody a chance of a reasoned input (as opposed to 'I heard Currie was the greatest' etc)

From the 80s definitely broadens the target; Sharp (obviously), Henderson, Whitehouse, Stancliffe, Alan Kelly, Tracey, Kenny, Sabella.

I've had some Football top trumps before, Shilton was always a winner for appearances and Joe Corrigan at 6.4 was the tallest. (They were legends or something).
